There are several buses daily from Chiquián to Huaraz, taking about 3 hours and costing $2. El Rápido has buses at 5am and 2.30pm. There are a couple of buses a day to Lima, 8 hours from Chiquián. Transportes Cavassa (Francisco Bolognesi 421, T 747062) has a bus that leaves at 9pm for $5. Transportes Flor Yurupaja (2 de Mayo 680, T 747063) has a bus at 9am for $4.
