There are lots of bars and discos in Huaraz catering for tourists and locals alike, and these are open just about every night of the week, although they are liveliest at weekends. A couple of good, popular bars are El Tambo (José de la Mar 776) and Las Kenas (Jr. Gabino Uribe 620). Some popular discos are La Cascada (Av. Luzuriaga 1276) and Corriera Blanca (Castillo 554).
