There are not many restaurants in Juliaca, although there are plenty of chicken and chips establishments on Plaza Bolognesi. The best place in town is Restaurant Trujillana ($$-$$$) at San Román 163, with decent food, including highland specialities. The Hotel Royal Inn has a reasonable restaurant ($-$$). The Restaurant Yanahuara ($-$$), on Jr. San Martín crossing the railway line, is reasonable. A good place for snacks and breakfast is Ricos Pan ($), at San Román 177.
