Peru Guide : Ica > Festivals

Ica has a wine festival in March, the Fiesta Internacional de la Vendimia, which also includes parades, cock fights, bull fights and lots of dancing. There are also festivals in the middle of June celebrating the city?s foundation. In the third week in October, and also in March, the religious festival of El Señor de Lurín takes place, which is celebrated with an all-night procession. Hotels fill up around the festivals.
