The sea food in Pisco is the best choice, and the corvina (sea bass) is generally excellent. Scallops (conchas) can also be found in the better restaurants. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants serving good fish on the seafront at Chaco in Paracas. The Hotel Paracas has an excellent, if expensive, restaurant, with a good Sunday buffet.
