Buses passing to or from Tumbes stop in Máncora, and it is generally possible to catch one of these to your destination. Additionally, Eppo has buses from Máncora to Piura every two to three hours. The easiest way to get to or from Máncora is in combi or colectivo, and there are regular services to Piura and to Tumbes. Colectivos to Piura take 2½ hours and cost $6. Combis to Tumbes take 1½ hours and cost $1.50.
