Combis and buses
There are combis to the towns and village around Iquitos. These leave from the corner of Jr. Próspero and Jr. José Gálvez.
Taxis
There are plenty of mototaxis in Iquitos, charging $0.30 for a journey in the centre. A mototaxi to the airport charges around $1.

Banco de Crédito (Visa cash machine) on Jr. Próspero on the corner of the Plaza de Armas.

Vision Motors (Nauta 309) hires motorbikes for $2 per hour or $20 - $30 per day, depending on the engine size.

There is an excellent tourist information office at Napo 232 on the Plaza de Armas that gives very good advice on planning jungle tours. There is also a book of traveller?s comments that is worth looking through. There is also a tourist information booth in the arrivals section of the airport.
